Why is Command Center now controlling the install and wizard on my NG box, I forgot my Command Center password or locked it by typing it wrong and no longer have access to the email account associated so my account and box are in limbo.

Its probably my fault but i don't understand what the benefit for a home user this cloud garbage is.

Create a new one, or call support and ask for help. It's locked down for a reason.
