We're aware of an issue that's impacting appliance management in ETM Dashboard. In most cases, it presents as some or all of your appliances missing from your account. You may find that other appliance-management functions (remote access, backups, &c.) are impacted as well.
Our engineering team are working on it as I type this and we expect a resolution shortly. This post will be updated when any new information becomes available.
