Device is updated to 16.6.2. First attempt since that update to login in to the UI via local IP with internet down. First attempt was refused by Edge because the device did not fully respond. Second attempts were very slow and required telling browser to attempt to keep connection and wait for UI to load.
You gonna make us use console to access the device locally? My internet connection had been down for about 30 minutes at this point. Please program the UI to accept connections within a reasonable timeframe since the last license check at the very least.
