I've been a customer for years now, but I see the years go by and things work badly persist over time and things that work stop working.
2 examples:
https://launchpad.edge.arista.com/ from here it was possible to do the scheduled reboot, now it doesn't work, if today I decide to schedule a reboot for tomorrow, June 10, 2023, I have to choose the time zone (incidentally the list of time zones is not complete and is not organized in alphabetical order) well the reboot will be done on 06 october. Brilliant.
Remote access to device untangle has always worked badly, and despite the promises of a few years ago, it continues to work badly and to be unusable due to slow and failed connections.
