Do I need to create firewall rules to allow intra communication between the LAN behind SD-WAN and the OpenVPN Server's subnets? I created an OpenVPN interface (I unchecked WAN as it's not being used as a gateway, just to access certain subnets), it is connected (green) and I can ping from the SD-WAN router VM's command line so I know the tunnel is working but from the LAN subnet that's behind SD-WAN router, I cannot ping. I tried some source/destination access rules but to no avail.

You might need an "access rule".

Why is "mypassword" in clear text in the url? It is my actual password until I changed it for the screen shot.

Do you have one in your screenshot? I only see the default ones.

I am not using openvpn so I don't have one. Just look at some that are there and try to make one. Post it here and maybe someone will offer improvements if needed.
