Allowing uTorrent Application for a specific user

Hello All,

I have v13.2 installed .. Everytime I need to open uTorrent, I have to allow all traffic on the Firewall module. But, I need something better, so I found the "Application Control Lite" .. But i can't find a way to allow the uTorrent Application for a specific user, or even in general. Did any one succeed in this?

I would read up on Policy Manager and use a different policy where Application Control is not configured to block torrent.

Neither firewall nor app control lite are going to help much in this case.

But I can't afford the policy manager at the moment, so I was looking for an alternate solution, when I can across the "Application Control Lite" .. Moreover, I don't think my hardware will be efficient as I currently have 1G RAM.
