Discord Blocked on laptop but not phone connected to same network

Hi,
I set Application Control to block Discord on the Default Rack.

It is blocking it fine on my laptop connnected to the network.

My iphone is allowing it, meaning I can still use discord and discord is still sending me notificaitons.

Both on the same wifi network (mine).

Well it started blocking it on my phone about 30 minutes later (or maybe before), but it seemed to take a while for the settings to be enforced on the phone but not on laptop.
Anyway, problem resolved.

Probably because the HTTPS was already established, if you had rebooted your phone it would have been instantly blocked
