Hi there
i have searched in the web and in the forums but i didnt find an answer.
It is possible to limit the maximum bandwidth of an app?
I mean the raw Kbps, not the % of the maximum bandwidth.
I have a very good internet, with 1Gbps, and even if i give the app 0.1% of the bandwidth its still a lot.
I'm a home user and i wish to use some psicology to discurage the use of certains apps without blocking them. For instance TikTok and Instagram. But the way TikTok and Instragram are optimized, even 0.1% of the total bandwidth its more than enought to work flawlessly. I want to some time make a rule to slow so much the speed of this apps that the user feels discuraged to use it. (wait 5 seconds to an TikTok feed to load its not fun for the kids). So i wish to limit the bandwidth of the app to 10kbps or even 1kpbs at times.
Can you help me how to acomplish that? Its even possible?
Thanks
