Branding manager block page skin

Is there any way to add your own background skin to the block page? Right now the choices are Cammo, Xserve, and Default..... but there is option to upload your own custom. Any info on how/if this works?

(Yes, I am a paid Premium subscriber to all packages including branding manager.)

You can "skin" all that stuff.
