apt Failure

Unable to contact app store:
An error has occured: com.untangle.uvm.toolbox.PackageException: ut-apt predictInstall exited with: 1

I have purchased the Educational Premium suite and redeemed the voucher. After redemption I received the error and no branding manager. I rebooted: No branding manager. I attempted to re-install my subscriptions: I get the error again. I attempted to resume and fix a broken install using the recovery tools: No change and no branding manager. Am I left to reinstalling this box from scratch?

Also, can I export all my system settings into one file that I can then re-import after installation? Or, do I have to make backups per application.

check your internet settings and connectivity test and email support.

Thanks. Network connectivity is solid. I have no problems with it filtering my lab. Also, the other apps updated from trial to full but the branding manager did not. I emailed support too.

you can use the Import/Export for individual applications, however the backup at Config > System > Backup will get everything.
