Bypass rules doesn't work

The IPS blocks my smart intercoms:




So i've create a specific rule of Bypass but it seams not working because i can still see packets blocket:



Can someone tell me what I did wrong?

If you don't want that traffic filtered by any apps, create a Bypass Rule in:

Untangle => Config => Network => Bypass Rules

Enable = Checked
Description = give it a meaningful description / name
Add Condition = Destination Port, Value = 3478
Protocol = UDP
Action = Bypass
Done and Save

The traffic should now be bypassed on any new sessions.

Let me know how this works for you. I do something similar for NNTP traffic.
