Has anyone had any success with S2S VPN with Oracle Cloud?

In the setup that I'm trying to follow, their "Supported Parameters" state the following:
Phase1
Encrypt: AES256-CBC
Auth:SHA-384
DH grp: 20

Phase2
Encrypt: AES256-GCM
Auth:HMAC-SHA-256-128
DH grp: 5

But it not connecting.

Not to be that person, but what does 'not connecting' mean? What's the error message(s)? What log output can you give us to help us figure out what the problem is?

I got the issue fix and it was because I was using the wrong virtual subnet in OCI. Although this seem like a stupid rookie mistake (which it probably also was), it also goes to show the level complexity and lack of visibility there is in "the cloud".... It was not easy to troubleshoot the issue!
