Before you post your networking question!

Some things you should do before posting your question:

• Know if your Untangle is bridging or routing (is your internal interface set to static or is it "bridged to external?")
• Does your network have more than one subnet? Then please, draw a network map. It doesn't have to be fancy, but you really really really need to draw it. It will help us understand your network. It will help you understand your network
• Yes, you really need to draw it. You should be embarrassed that you don't have one already. Draw it on a white board and take a picture, draw it on paper and scan it in, it doesn't matter, just draw it already.

Thanks. I've been around these waters for a few years now and I've seen many a multi-page thread that could have been solved in one post if the original poster had just drawn a network map.
