Unable to remove VLAN interfaces that I just added

I added some VLAN interfaces and am unable to change parent interface OR remove the interfaces so that I can start over. It acts like it is going to remove them and internet connectivity blips momentarily but the interfaces are never removed or changes saved. What is going on here??

I figured this out but it was a really weird solution. I added another VLAN rule that was the correct version on what I was originally trying to do and then the wrong one disappeared. Very strange workflow and not intuitive at all. This really needs to be fixed IMHO.
