I'm running Untangle 16.5.2 and I have "Automatically Install Upgrades" enabled for "Any week day" at 03:00. I saw a notification on my dashboard earlier this week that an upgrade was available, but it has been several days since then and I am still on 16.5.2 and still see the upgrade notification on the dashboard. Is anyone else having this issue? Are there logs I could look at to figure out why the upgrade isn't being installed automatically?

Not sure you want it. On two, fresh installs of 16.6.2 I discovered a couple of problems:- When you try using the GUI to clear logs, reporting appears to permanently break: https://forums.edge.arista.com/forum...erties-of-null
- Using the GUI to 'reset all settings to factory defaults' reboots the server but doesn't actually reset anything. When attempting to reset everything from the local console, it just confirms this is what you want then just keeps repeating a message that says something to the effect of 'Connecting to UVM' (not sure on the EXACT wording) for infinity.

1, I do see this. It will be fixed in v17.

The platform is a Dell R430 server. In case it matters, I'm using a RAID 1 setup on it. I'm not too worried about this particular problem. I'm fine with wiping it out and reinstalling if the case need be.
For me, the reporting issue is more important.

Upgrades are rolled out in stages; they don't become available to every NG Firewall all at once. Yours just hasn't come up in the rotation yet. That button dumps everything, so it'll drop whatever's present in the Reports database at the time you click it.

I wish I had found this thread before I followed the “official” Clear Reports Data and now my reports are no longer working.
I too tried uninstalling / reinstalling the Reports app but it still does not work. I can’t believe this issue is still not resolved after all these months.

I used the clear reports data function and now I get a Java script error about a null object. I tried doing a restore from a previous backup and reboot but nothing helps. Any idea how to correct this issue?
