Bandwith speed download and upload for each device (LIST) MAY BE

Hi, i can see all my bandwith network download and upload for all my routeur. But it is possible to seed bandwith on individual device connected to it in real time or on refresh time.
May be something to configure but how. May be a liste with column download and upload bandwith speed. since this picture do for all network.

i try to have, the sending speed for a pc name" PC-BACKUP-W11" i use parameters on image. But is impossible i sending 72 or 72237mbyte/s i have only 57mbit/s (7.125Mbytes/s) all i try is different what i meter on my pc. on image i upload at 2.78mbytes/s stable and that show nothing have sens.
