Deleted user still showing in connected clients?

Hello,

I'm running a bit of an outdated version of untangle but the issue is simple enough.

I'm using OpenVPN certificate auth. I have deleted a user and even rebooted the server, but the user is still appearing in Connected Clients in the WebUI as well as the management interface (I telnet to port 1195 locally on the box and type in status). Why is this the case and how do I remove it completely?

'A bit of an outdated version' is something of an understatement; 13.2 was released in early 2018. Why that version in particular?
