Openvpn client side software problem

It's probably the vpn configuration, not the client software. What configuration have you done with your open vpn? Is Untangle behind a firewall? If so you will need to open a connection through the firewall on port 1194 for Open VPN.

Untangle not behind firewall that is main firewall.

What happen of this problem with your experience, I just follow the user doc to set this up.

I know there is a bit of a language barrier here, but I could not tell from your next to last comment where your firewall is with relation to Untangle. If you could try that again with different words, that may be helpful.

Port 1194 must be opened up on the firewall for OpenVPN to work. Also, if any changes have been made to the OpenVPN configuration after the client key was distributed, a new key must be distributed. They are sensitive to changes, and also can only be used once.

Our untangle not behind firewall or router, I think no need open 1194 port,
I think some setting was wrong, I will try it later !

Untangle should either BE one or BE BEHIND one.
