Cannot open or delete a report because of a : symbol

I created a report only to find that it cannot be opened or deleted, I'm 99% sure this is because I used the : symbol:


Clicking that report sends me to "/admin/index.do#reports?cat=web-filter&rep=bgis%3A-blocked-harmful-content" which gives me:

Me too - how do I delete this pls?

Until a more elegant fix comes along, I'm just going to throw this out there... restore the config from your most recent backup.
