I have two appliances running the latest version available:
16.6.2.20230109T075831.1bb35db54e-1bullseye
5.10.0-14-untangle-amd64
Both suffer from the same issue and it is very easy to reproduce.
In the Reporting app, go to Report Users, create a couple of users and give them passwords, for example:
[email protected]
Compl3xPa$$w0rd
Tick the online access box. I have them configured to receive email reports too, not sure if that makes a difference here.
Now, when I go to change settings somewhere else in the reporting app, it fails with the same error every single time:

(I have blanked out the username)
This issue means that any changes made do not set. It can only be mitigated by disabling that users online access and then making changes. Despite the error message stating that no password is set, there most certainly is a password set and it can indeed be used to login to the reporting portal without issue.
