How can I get these types of emails to be automatically dropped/deleted instead of going to Quarantine?

Sorry but I have no idea what your reply says, let alone what it means. I also just realized I didn't include my problem in my initial post. Attached is a sample of what's going into spam that we want completely deleted (I think you call it dropped) so they never even make it to the quarantine folder.

change action to Drop.
however, I would not suggest that as spam prediction isnt 100% accurate which is why the quarantine exists in the first place.
Instead I would just lower the super spam threshold so it only drops what is almost certainly spam and keeps the ambigious mail in the quarantine.Attention: Support and help on the Untangle Forums is provided by volunteers and community members like yourself.
