Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to write a custom report to compute WAN downtime into a text-based report that states "WAN was down for x Hours, x Minutes".
I have tried creating a text WAN Failover report, but finding out which tables and columns to reference are proving challenging. It doesn't appear that Untanle allows for SQL code to join tables/columns to create a detailed report that math can then be applied to the data. If somebody could point me in the right direction as I am at a loss for what to do.
