Is there a way to force reset the connections on gmail?

Upon monitoring, newly establish sessions on gmail were blocked after the specified time.

But, old sessions can still access gmail or even send email. I tried to hit refresh button and it was blocked, but pressing back button on browser displays gmail once again.

Go back and read this thread now that you understand whats going on.

Policy Manager automatically resets sessions that should (now) be on a different policy.
There is no need to do anything. Use the troubleshooting steps posted earlier in the thread.

If you are just talking about changing settings, then no. You will need to reboot the server or do something dumb like add a block all firewall rule.

Yup. It goes to the right rack since after Open gmail rack (time), I can see it in default rack.

I have questions on how to block gmail chat, Can I post it here or create another thread? I already tried other solutions found on the forums but no luck. Thanks!
