Web Filter License on Untangle Home Protect Basic

According to your website, a license for the Web Filter is included in the Home Protect Basic subscription. However, when I try to add the web filter, it says, "Web Filter is disabled, license is invalid or expired." How do I get the license for the web filter?

Yep, Home Protect includes Web Filter. Support should be able to help; just email [email protected] and be sure to include your UID from Config > About.
