Pass sites still blocked

  • Pass sites still blocked

    I put mask-h2.icloud.com and mask-api.icloud.com in the Pass Sites, but they are still being blocked. Anything I missed?Click image for larger version

    Do you have "Process HTTPS traffic by hostname in server certificate when SNI information not present" checked?

      We usually recommend surrounding your entry in asterisks and using only the domain: *icloud.com*

      Do you have multiple Policy Manager policies in place? Maybe your Default policy's Web Filter instance doesn't have this Pass Site entry.

        Thanks for this! I forgot the users involved are in a different policy. Corrected it and now those sites are no longer blocked for those users.
