Uncategorized bug

I recently noticed that a lot of ads were getting through. I went and looked at the web filter reports and everything appeared "uncategorized" . I went into lookup and put in google.com and that was uncategorized as well. I am attaching a screenshot.
I turned the web filter off and back on and everything went back to normal. I am on version version: 16.5.2.
I am using untangle to block ads but also malicious sites and during that time it wasn't protecting us as it should have been. Any idea why this happened?

On rare occasions the BrightCloud engine — which performs Category lookups for Web Filter — gets overwhelmed. It can happen when there are a large number of queries, when there are errors in the lookup, or when the lookup itself is blocked. It's hard to tell without looking at the specific unit, but restarting Web Filter as you've done should sort it out.
