Enforce SafeSearch Broken After Switching to Bridge Mode

I used to have Untangle setup as a router but recently switched it to bridge mode because I put a router in front of it. After switching it to bridge mode my search engine safe searches are no longer working. I'm stumped because my web filtering is still working.

I enforced SafeSearch through Static DNS Entries and dnsmasq settings.

My Static DNS entry for Google is: 216.239.38.120

My dnsmasq settings are:

I'm guessing that since Untangle is in Bridge mode it's ignoring Static DNS entries and dnsmasq? Thanks!
